Colour your day

Here is a little colour to brighten your day!

I love the colours in that rug, the white desk, light and dark frames.

I want to do this, the plates on the wall

Love the bed tucked into that arched nook. The red and turquoise look great together too.

And I LOVE LOVE LOVE the mix of art on this wall and the BRIGHT pink chairs and the great light streaming in.

I don't generally decorate my own home with bright bold colours but I love seeing others do it.

What are you like? Do you embrace the bold or feel more comfortable with neutrals?

Wishing you a bright sunny day,

  1. Ah, the frames! I can't wait to do something like that around our tv. Everything 'house' is on hold here at the moment though because of the big trip!

I laughed about The Gruffalo.. my poor husband is told to "read like Mummy does" when he does the bedtime stories on the weekend. I think I go a bit over the top!

    Have a lovely day.. Rachaelxx

  4. Love the rug in the first picture, such a good way to add colour to a room. I am a neutrals kind of girl when it comes to walls and furniture but love to add splashes of colour through pictures, cushions and rugs. These images are the perfect combination and give me inspiration, as thinking about the scheme for our new family space and adding a bit more colour. Gx
