It does for me, but obviously not for my little man...
The big red jolly fellow must have made quite an impression as his Santa obsession is continuing way into February. And no, I didn't make a big deal about Santa over Christmas, Will just really took to him :)
Often when he wakes the first thing he'll say is 'SANTA!'... 'Where?' and put his little hands up in a 'where?' question.
So we point out on the map that Santa has gone back home to the north pole and now every time he sees his map or any map it's 'Santa!', 'Santa!', 'Santa'!!!
He spotted his Christmas outfit in his cupboard the other day and now it gets put on at least once a day.
Santa lives in Greenland, close enough!
(And if you'd like a canvas world map like William's one then visit my shop www.MySweetPrints.com.au and you can order one of your very own so you can point out where Santa lives too).

So I wonder how long the Santa obsession will continue for?
Did your kids, or did you have a Santa obsession at any stage?
Have a great day everyone,
Will is so cute! Yes I relate, as my kids still want to watch the few Christmas DVD's we own, or read our Christmas books. I want to put them to bed till November! :)
ReplyDeleteLove your world print, but you already know that.
That's so cute Janette! And speaking of cute, look at Will's sticky-up hair!
ReplyDeleteI'm still obsessed with Santa...and so now my children are too! They talk about Christmas throughout the year..Rachaelxx
ReplyDeleteWhat a cutie!
ReplyDeleteHis Mummy loved maps when she was young ... but was scared of Santa!
that is the cutest thing ever.. loving your world print xx
ReplyDeleteThat little munchkin of yours is too cute. My kids were obsessed with an old Santa video, which they played over and over.....and over. I actually resorted to hiding it just to get a break! But a Santa obsession is much better than an obsession with pro wrestling, which is what my son loved at the ripe old age of four. He loved The Rock with a passion, and it was so funny to see a scrawny little toddler trying to be oh so tough. Hilarious. K xx
ReplyDeleteoh Janette, he is just gorgeous. Can't wait for Christmas this year I think that Master N will really 'get it" this year!
ReplyDeleteSorry, I'm completely with Will on this one. I love Santa! (I still get sent a stocking sent to me every year!!! Ssssh! ;-)) xx
ReplyDeleteOllie definatley does not have a santa obsession given the tears we had during our santa photo. I however cannot let go of Christmas and i am yet to take down our christmas tree decal!!!
ReplyDeleteOh how cute!! My children have never been overly enthusiastic about Santa, but then neither have I.
ReplyDeletexx
Cute, the little suit must feel all soft and cuddly on him.
ReplyDeleteAhhh, soooo cute! Who wouldnt love Santa? All those toys for no reason? What's not to love! Jasper is terrified of Santa, maybe next Christmas he will come good xx
ReplyDeleteOh that is too cute, we are still asking to watch dvd's, the rankin bass Christmas specials, they were my faves too. Megan xx
ReplyDeleteHugh still questions where Santa is as well! We often go to the shopping centre where we had his Santa photo taken and he asks 'Anta?'
ReplyDeleteAnd seeing the ads for the new Gnomio & Juliet movie, he recognises the red hat and white beard and says 'anta'.
At least they shouldn't be scared of the big bloke this year
he is just the cutest.....and looks so cute dressed up in his little outfit, smooch to little will xx
ReplyDeleteOh that's SO funny Janette - love Will in his Santa outfit - complete opposite to Grace who is petrified of Santa :)
ReplyDeletePriceless! What a cutie. Christmas is going to seem like a lifetime away if he's ready for the jolly man's return already!
ReplyDeleteX B
Gorgeous pictures! He looks so adorable! Have a marvelous day, Kellie xx
ReplyDeleteOh he is adorable! Funny that hot cross buns were out in the shop about a week after christmas! Letitia
ReplyDeleteOmigoodness -- YES! Last year the baby space preschooler was into Santa, reindeer and all associated books, songs, DVDs and costumes until about October when I finally put it all away.
ReplyDeleteUntil November.
This past Christmas I learnt from last and put it all away a week after Christmas. Such a mean mama! ;)
