Cottages... I've got one do you?
Mine is not as cute as any of these but I must say I do love the character of a weatherboard cottage.
The colours of this one above are gorgeous are they not?
So is this one. Do you like cottage style homes or do you prefer something different?

And this little 'cottage' is right up my alley, I would love to transform my post war plain Jane cottage into a master piece like this one! Ahhhhh drooool!
Did you pick a winner yesterday in the Melb Cup? We didn't, hubby got three tickets in the office sweep, one for each of us but none of them came through :( Oh well it was a nice day wasn't it.

Here I am supposed to be researching colour schemes and I got side tracked reading my favourite blogs...but it was not in vain as I have stubmled upon a winner! Love, love, love cottages!! My fav is the first one I think - gorgeous hydrangeas!! There is the cutest little weather board cottage on my street painted in a very pale pink with cream trim - I must post a pic of it one day! Oh no win here either for the Cup. xx

ReplyDeleteI love weatherboard cottages too and just about to repaint mine. Am trying to find the right colours and taking photos of houses as I drive past... Then trying to use the dulux app to colour match, the colours are similar to the photos you posted, just love them.
