So we were doing an inventory last night of all the furniture boxes we'll need - ek please tell me why we are moving with a new baby?
Anyway here is a sneak peek of our new place.
It's a 1950's house which had a 'Tuscan' makeover about 10yrs ago.
The bathrooms are all original and it could do with a new coat of paint inside but we're just going to take up the carpet and polish the floors. Put in pool safety in and I want to put some nice big modern pendant lights into the kitchen and dining.
I think I'm going to need your help with decision making as we need some more furniture. I'm already scouring eBay for some pieces.
Can't wait to share it all with you when we move in!!!
Have a great day,
Janette xx

ReplyDeleteSuch exciting times for you!! Can't wait to see your new home evolve - floorboards sound lovely. I think it's important to live in a home for a while anyway before you make too many changes, so don't feel as though you have to do everything as soon as you move in :) What sort of furniture do you need to look for? Give your boys a big hug from me xx
ReplyDeleteLooks fantastic Janette with lots of potential. How exciting a whole new house to decorate. xx

ReplyDeleteHow exciting Janette. That pool looks fantastic. Think of the fun and games in that over summers to come. The move will be a busy time, but don't they say, if you want a good job done, ask a busy person! Hopefully Lachie will sleep through most of the turmoil for you. xx
ReplyDeleteOh Janette, I am deliriously excited for you. There is so much room! This is going to be a fun ride, watching you stamp your mark on it. J x PS Have you made it to your PO Box yet?!
