I've been feeling myself drawn to the colours Black, White, Turquoise with splashes of regal purple and light pink. I just seem to be gravitating to images with these colours and I've been working on some new designs over the past week and tend to be playing around with this sort of colour scheme.
What's your favourite colours at the moment? I'd love to know!
I can hear Will waking from his morning nap so I better be off, we're meeting my sister-in-law and my little nephew at one of our local parks this morning which should be nice. It's one with that soft spongy flooring so that Will can crawl around.
Have a great day,
Lovely imaes you've posted. Lately, I've found myself really drawn to colours I would never have considered before like bright colours and patterns. One colour in particular I feel really drawn to is aqua/turquoise. I'd love to use it for our next baby room one day but for now, I've been thinking about how I can add little touches of it to our house at the moment. Have a lovely time at the park :)
ReplyDeleteGorgeous images Janette! I love this colour too and have been trying to use it in Isabella's room in small doses. I have found myself being drawn to grey, weird I know! Grey usually reminds me of my old primary school uniform, but I am really loving it lately! Thanks for sharing these gorgeous pics:) Hope you had a wonderful time at the park! ~ Tina x
ReplyDeleteJanette..I love this colour scheme..I seriously considered adding turquoise to my bedroom but then chickened out...lol..am thinking of adding a touch of lavender blue? Love these images..especially the second one with the splashes of pink...gorgeous! Hope you and bubs are well. Anna x
ReplyDeleteNo secret my favourite colour is red, so it pops up quite a bit in my house, even in the boys' rooms. But I also like to add yellow, blue and green into the mix. It probably sounds awful, but I really like it.
ReplyDeleteHope you had fun at the park, I think you have gone to my favourite, I go there for the coffee and to avoid having the boys get really dirty in the bark playgrounds.
Cheers

PS picked up Shop Till You Drop For Kids, very excited fo you.
I love those colors together. I did brown, white and turquoise in our house, but I'm loving the black now.
