I thought I'd have a bit of fun this morning and put together a Father's Day Gift Guide mock magazine.
Father's day is come up in Australia on the 5th September so I've been thinking I better get a wriggle on with getting presents for Glen and my Dad. So here is a little gift guide of things I've found which you might find useful... I think I must be missing my days working on magazines as I had so much fun putting this together (although very quickly).
Have a great day everyone,
looks fantastic.........your so clever, have a fab day and thanks for reminding me about father's day opps xox
ReplyDeleteWhat a great selection of ideas Janette! I love that 'Dad' t-shirt from Etsy - haven't seen that and think it's so cute!! I'm still trying to decide what to get Paul from Grace so thanks for giving me a few ideas. As for Father's Day itself, I think I'll organise a nice cooked breakfast to start off the day or if Paul prefers, maybe we'll head into Fremantle for a coffee. Have a lovely day my friend and big hugs to Will. So glad tohear he is feeling better too xx
ReplyDeleteJanette, you never cease to amaze me. You have such a gorgeous eye for colour and design. Well done you! I love how you composed those pages - was it with Photoshop? I can't quite get my head around Father's Day yet - my 40th is next week so I'm a bit preoccupied! J x PS I think you have a missing 'e' hiding somewhere in your note!

ReplyDeleteYou are very organised! I haven't even thought about it! I find our dads so hard to buy for and Simon is even harder. We usually do a bfast with the dads, before we all the grandchildren (7) we used to go to a cafe, now it is easier at home :) Thanks for the tip re hydrangeas, will check that out and also had to laugh at you Belrose experience. Where were the parents?! :) xx

ReplyDeleteYou are just too talented Janette! What a great guide you've put together. I never have more trouble that when I'm trying to find fathers' day gifts for my dad - he's so hard to buy for. Even worse, it's his birthday today, so I need to think of two presents back to back - argh! K xx
